What if you could have a shoe for every occasion? I’ve recently discovered Albertine Shoes, a new brand of shoes made in Italy that allows you to customize your heels with interchangeable platforms, colors and prints, heel heights, and even the upper base of the shoe itself! Imagine being able to have one pair of shoes to seamlessly transition from morning to night, with a classic black pair for a meeting with the boss, to a pastel style for an afternoon shopping date, and ending the night with a glittery statement pair for a dance party with the girls.
The brand has recently launched a crowdsourcing campaign on Kickstarter, and they need your help to raise funds to bring the product to the US and launch a special, “Made in the USA” collection. With only 7 days left for this campaign, the founder and designer Alexandra Alberta Chiolo hopes to bring her vision of the perfect shoe for every occasion beyond Italian borders and into American stores.
