You guys, I’ve found the most comfortable and fuss-free pants. You might think I’m exaggerating, but these printed pull-on pants are seriously the easiest things ever to put on, and they are super flattering. And guess what, they are from dressbarn, of all places and under $35. I know what you’re thinking, dressbarn is traditionally known for older women clothes (like I picture my Mom’s wardrobe haha), but they have really revamped themselves and have some super cute pieces like these pants! The thing I like most about these pants is that there are no zippers or buttons, they come in a stretch fabric and you literally just pull them on and go. I also like the high-waisted fit and subtle print that give them a bit more dimension. I would recommend sizing down for dressbarn, I’m wearing a Size 2 and it’s a little bit big on me.
I paired the dark green pants with a mint green cropped sweater to give the outfit a monochrome theme. This sweater works perfectly with high-waisted pants and the wide sleeves are so fun. For a casual style vibe, I chose white sequined slip-ons and matched them with white tassel earrings. I love the easy breezy feel of this outfit. To add touch of luxe, I went with my Celine ring bag and tied a vintage scarf around it for a pop of print. Finally, I completed the look with retro style aviators.
I also want to give a quick shoutout to John Roberts for the sick-ass photography in this shoot. I am loving the city skyline against this look, it definitely makes the outfit pop. For any NYC-based bloggers, if you’re looking a new photographer to shoot with I definitely recommend him! He is super easy to work with and very dedicated to his craft. That shot with the Celine bag could totally be an ad!
