There’s something about the brisk Fall air and the leaves changing colors that puts me into a super nostalgic mood and makes me want to just fall in love. Maybe that’s why they call it fall in love, because it’s one of the most romantic times of the year. Haha, that might be a bit of stretch, I know. But I do love the feeling of the weather as it gets cooler, it makes me want to curl up with someone special and just be super cozy. Today’s outfit is perfect for a romantic Fall date, in fact it looks like I could have just walked right out of a Cinderella story. Let’s talk about this absolutely breathtaking layered tulle skirt from Chicwish. I have several tulle skirts in my closet (as a modern day Carrie Bradshaw, how could I right?!), but this is by far my favorite. This is one of those skirts that looks pretty online, but in real life looks beautiful. It seriously feels like I’m wearing a giant cloud, the tulle is so billowy and the tiers give the pierce amazing movement.
For a truly romantic look, I paired the tulle skirt with a red sweater from Old Navy. This “Amour” sweater is currently on sale for $24 and is the perfect way to a pop of color and femininity into your Fall wardrobe. I kept the outfit elegant with vintage pointy toed pumps, and then completed the look with pink accessories. I went with my monogrammed Gigi New York crossbody pink bag, as well as pink pearl earrings and a rose gold ring.
