Workwear Essentials: Tribal Print Midi Dress & Chic Blazer

I’m loving the mix of this tribal print dress paired with a chic blazer. It’s the perfect work to happy hour outfit. A well-fitting midi dress is one of my workwear essentials, it instantly makes you look put together and goes with so many things. This dress is from Suki + Solaine, a women-run company based in Chicago. The tribal print on the dress is actually one of their exclusive prints, and it’s definitely one of those pieces that photographs even better than it looks in real life. The material is a super comfy jersey knit, making it great for a long day. I paired it with a blue blazer from Banana & Republic for a work appropriate outfit that can easily transition into happy hour.

For my accessories, I mixed in an additional print with patchwork suede booties. I like to pair a midi dress with heeled shoes to add height to my frame. Another one of my workwear essentials is my Brahmin satchel bag that is the perfect size for everyday and goes with everything. I completed the outfit with a gold statement bangle for a touch of bling.
