So I unintentionally dressed up like a Asian tourist in this all denim outfit. I actually really didn’t realize it until I got the photos from the photographer – I think it’s the combination of the denim, fanny pack, and serious mirror sunglasses. Oh, and maybe also the leather clogs with jeans and pulled back hair. And of course these photos happened to be taken in the Financial District, which is always swarming of tourists visiting the Bull and WTC. Do you guys see the Asian tourist vibes here, or am I going crazy?!
For this outfit, I wanted to play with denim on denim. I love the Tokyo print on the back of this jacket (which of course further contributes to my Asian tourism) and the distressed details. I paired it with similarly distressed jeans for a cohesive look. To break up the denim and add a touch of sophistication, I chose a blush pink blouse from ADAY, which is one of my favorite brands for athleisure and leisure wear. You can see how I styled their leggings here. I chose my unicorn fanny pack to add a pop of print and quirkiness to the outfit, as well as my favorite Coach leather mules. I completed the look with mirror sunglasses from Nicole Miller.
