I’m sure when most people think of an all pink outfit, they immediately picture a super girly look. But pink can also look cool depending on what you’re wearing and how you style it. This sweatshirt from her.gearbest might be pink, but the oversized fit and interesting embroidery make it more cool girl than girly girl. I wasn’t 100% sure about the hand print, but I kind of like that it’s a bit kooky and eclectic, similar to my style. The texture is also really interesting, it’s seems to be a combination of velvet and a fuzzy material, making me want to just cuddle up in it all day. For an all pink ensemble, I paired the sweatshirt with a pink leather mini skirt. Since the top is so oversized, I went with a shorter length on the skirt to balance the proportions.
The secret to rocking an all pink outfit and still look cool is in the accessories. Opt for darker color boots and a neutral bag, and bonus points if you can add a fedora style hat. A hat immediately adds an off-duty, cool girl factor, as does a pair of over the knee heeled boots. For my look, I went with navy suede wedge boots and paired them with over the knee socks. I chose a black fedora hat and my Chloe Drew bag, and wore it cross body for an effortless vibe. For my jewelry, I went with an assortment of eclectic rings and cerulean blue nails.
As mentioned, the sweatshirt is from her.gearbest, an online Asian retail site. I’ve also written them about in this post where I featured a gorgeous royal blue wool coat. Her.gearbest is currently running their Christmas promotion with up to 85% off, so be sure to check it out and stock up on trendy winter pieces. You can also get an extra 20% off with code XMAS20.
