Wondering where I scored this Tibi red jumpsuit for half the price?! There are tons of NYC designer consignment stores, and I’ve recently discovered a new one called Designer Revival on the UES. You can also see the Sonia Rykiel sweater that I found from there in this post. This red jumpsuit is a serious standout, I couldn’t believe I found it amongst the racks of a consignment store. But that’s the thing about Designer Revival, every single piece in the store is gorgeous and in good condition. The experience is more like shopping in a luxury boutique than a consignment store, but without the price tag! I’m loving the wide-leg fit of this jumpsuit that’s a Tibi signature, and the bowtie detail gives it just the right touch of femininity.
Since the jumpsuit is a loose-fit, and it’s legit freezing now in NYC, I styled it over a colorful striped sweater. Confession: I bought this sweater on sale last season from & Other Stories because I had been eyeing it forever, and I’ve been waiting patiently to finally wear it now that it’s cold. This sweater is one of those pieces that I instantly loved when I saw it, but couldn’t bring myself to buy due to the price tag. Lucky for me, it eventually went on sale during the Spring, but it was definitely worth the wait! I especially love the floral detail on the collar and sleeves, and you all know I love color.
For a sophisticated touch, I chose burgundy block heels from Pelle Moda. These heels are so effortless chic with the ankle strap and low heel, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that I walked an hour in them and my feet where totally fine! Staying with the classy sophisticated vibe, I completed the outfit with a fur clutch from Hebe Rose New York and gemstone earrings from Avon. Did you guys know that Avon makes clothing and accessories? I’ve always thought they only did beauty products, but they actually have super cute fashion items too!
